Consequences of Participation without Agreement. The Applicant understands and agrees that a farmer accepting FMNP checks without first having a current and fully- executed Agreement with PDA will forfeit the value of the checks accepted. FMNP checks accepted by the farmer prior to being notified of approval by PDA will be returned to the farmer without payment.
