Consequences of Release for Compelling Circumstances Sample Clauses

Consequences of Release for Compelling Circumstances. If my term of service is discontinued due only to compelling personal circumstances as described in paragraph (C) above, I may cease to receive benefits from FoodCorps or otherwise from the Program until my term of service is resumed. I acknowledge and understand that disruption of my service, even for compelling reasons, may result in complications in my placement, and that while FoodCorps will do its best to help me resume my term of service, the timing and location of my resumed placement will be at FoodCorps’ sole and absolute discretion.
