Consequential Loss Following Machinery Breakdown. Coverage: Shall insure against loss of revenue due to loss of capacity and/or loss of output as a direct consequence of loss or damage to the Facility caused by a peril insured under Machinery Breakdown insurance. Sum insured: An amount equal to the estimated Debt Service which will be due during the Indemnity Period following the current period of the insurance policy. Indemnity Period: 12 Months. Insured: The Company, the O&M Contractor and the Lenders. General: Rights of recourse against BPDB, the Lenders and O&M Contractor shall be waived. Insurance pursuant to Section 14.1(c)(i) and (iii) may be covered under the same policy.
