Common use of Consequential Loss / Loss of Profits Clause in Contracts

Consequential Loss / Loss of Profits. If the Contract is terminated or the Services or part thereof provided under this Contract are reduced under clause 8.11, NAFC will not be liable to pay compensation for loss of profit or prospective profit, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of use, loss of production or wasted overheads whatsoever for the termination or reduction of the Services or part thereof, or loss of any benefits that could have been conferred upon the Contractor under this or any other contract had the termination or reduction of the Services not occurred.
