Service Periods. Additional service periods are not authorized under this Agreement.
Service Periods. Additional service periods may be added in accordance with 2.a above and are contingent upon proper and satisfactory technical and administrative performance by the Grantee and the availability of funding.
Service Periods. The times between Use Periods and that Time Period during each Calendar Year that is not a Use Period in each Cottage are called “Service Periods”. The Time Period that is not a Use Period is a “Major Service Period”. On a Cottage by Cottage and yearly basis, the Association will designate which Time Period will be the Major Service Period. However, when designating a Major Service Period, the Association may not deprive any Owner of his/her Assigned Use Period. The periods between the end of one (1) Use Period and the beginning of the next are called “Minor Service Periods”. If an Owner has two (2) or more consecutive Use Periods, the Owner’s Use Periods will run continuously from check-in for his/her first Use Period to check-out for the last Use Period.
Service Periods. During each Service Period the Services are required to be Serviceable, fully meeting the provisions of this Contract.
Service Periods. Subject to earlier termination pursuant to Section 5.3, a Provider’s obligation to perform the Services set forth in any Service Schedule shall terminate on the last day of the “Service Period” specified in such Service Schedule.
Service Periods. The term for each Service (each, a “Service Period”) shall commence on the Distribution Date and, subject to Sections 4.03 and 4.04, shall end on the last day of the month in which the twelve month (or, in the case of the Tax-related Services set forth on Schedule 7, eighteen month) anniversary of the Distribution Date occurs (the “Stated Termination Date”); provided that if the Tax-related Services set forth on Schedule 7 have not been earlier terminated, Vista Outdoor shall have the right to extend the term for the Tax audit-related Service described therein until the last day of the month in which the 30-month anniversary of the Distribution Date occurs by providing written notice to Orbital ATK on or before the 12-month anniversary of the Distribution Date.
Service Periods. (a) Company shall provide the Services identified as “Quality Validation” on Exhibit A for a period of 30 days from the Effective Date (the “30-Day Initial Period”);
(b) Company shall provide the Services identified as “Financial Services,” and “Human Resources” on Exhibit A for a period of 90 days from the Effective Date (the “90-Day Initial Period”), which 90-Day Initial Period IBR may extend for an additional period of 90 days (a “Renewal Period”) by furnishing written notice to Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the 90-Day Initial Period;
(c) Company shall provide the Services identified as “Training,” “IT Services,” and “Operations/Logistics” on Exhibit A until the sooner of (i) 180 days from the Effective Date (the “180-Day Initial Period”) or (ii) the date on which IBR opens its fourth plasma collection center, which 180-day Initial Period IBR may extend for and additional 90 days (a “Renewal Period”) by furnishing written notice to Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the 180-Day Initial Period; and
(d) Company shall provide the Services related to the Haemonetics Automated Donor Processing System (the “5-D System”) identified as “5-D System Services” on Exhibit A for a period ending the sooner of (i) 180 days from the Effective Date (the “180-Day Initial Period”) or (ii) such time as the modifications to the standard operating procedures for automated plasma collection centers (the “Automated SOP”) are validated and implemented in at least one IBR plasma collection center (the “5-D Period”), which 180-day Initial Period IBR may extend for and additional 90 days (a “Renewal Period”) by furnishing written notice to Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the 180-Day Initial Period.
Service Periods. 4.1 We will activate a service as soon as possible following our acceptance of your Customer Order.
4.2 Subject to clause 4.3 and except where terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement, a service will be provided for a Minimum Service Period of 30 days from the date of activation.
4.3 Unless otherwise terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement or amended in the contract of supply, Web Hosting shall be provided for a Minimum Service Period of 12 months from the date of activation and Domain Names shall be provided for a Minimum Service Period of 24 months from the date of activation.
4.4 Upon expiry of the periods referred to in Clauses 4.2 or 4.3 (as appropriate) the services will, unless terminated on or before the date of such expiry, automatically renew until terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

For services provided on a monthly or committed service period basis, the service periods begin on: i) the f irst day of each calendar month; or ii) for accounts with an IBM established account billing date, it is that calendar date, or the last day of the month if that date does not exist.
