Common use of CONSERVATION AREA Clause in Contracts

CONSERVATION AREA. 14.1 The Gates at Hilton incorporates a conservation area, identified on the layout plan. This is area is designated for the use and enjoyment of all Property Owners and the Hilton college community, subject to the following. No one shall: 14.1.1 disturb, harm or destroy any wild animal, insect, reptile bird or plant; 14.1.2 light any fire other than at a place designated for that purpose and subject to proper fire control measures; 14.1.3 set snares, traps or any similar device; 14.1.4 dump refuse or litter; 14.1.5 disturb, destroy or collect any plant material, whether alive or dead; 14.1.6 camp.
