Conservation Easements Permitted. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Grassland Owner from encumbering the Property with a subsequent conservation easement pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 815 et seq. or other similar statutory scheme, provided that any changes to ownership of the GHG reductions related to the Grassland Project are in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.
