Common use of CONSIDERATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

CONSIDERATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT. a. As consideration of all services and performances under this Contract, Contractor shall be paid a fee not to exceed an hourly rate of Nineteen Dollars and Fifty Cents ($19.50) for the for period of this contract. It is expressly understood and agreed that in no event will the total compensation paid hereunder exceed the specified amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($300,000.00) for the period of March 1, 2023, ending February 28, 2025.
