Method of Compensation. It is understood by the parties that, insofar as pay is concerned, employees temporarily filling a position in a higher broadband level shall be paid according to the same compensation method as promoted employees pursuant to the Rules of the State Personnel System.
Method of Compensation. The method of compensation may include: (i) a lump sum payment upon completion; (ii) payment in accordance with specified tasks or the percentage of completion of the services, less contract retention; (iii) payment for time and materials based upon the Consultant’s rates as specified in the Schedule of Compensation, provided that (a) time estimates are provided for the performance of sub tasks, (b) contract retention is maintained, and (c) the Contract Sum is not exceeded; or (iv) such other methods as may be specified in the Schedule of Compensation.
Method of Compensation. The Contractor shall perform the Services and shall invoice the Town for work performed based on the rates and/or compensation methodology and amounts described in Exhibit B subject to the not to exceed amount set forth in this Section. These invoices for payment should be emailed to xx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or mailed to Town of Xxxxx, X.X. Xxx 00, Xxxxx, XX 00000. Monthly, partial, progress payments shall be made by the Town to the Contractor for the percentage of the Scope of Work completed. Progress payments shall not constitute a waiver of the right of the Town to require the fulfillment of all material terms of this Agreement and the delivery of all improvements embraced in this Agreement.
Method of Compensation. (a) Overtime compensation shall be monetary or in time off, at the employee's option. If the employee chooses time off, such time off shall be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee. Employees shall, within 60 days from the end of the month in which the overtime was worked, schedule such earned time off.
(i) Any overtime still owing at the end of the calendar year may be taken as compensatory time off at a mutually agreeable time prior to the end of the fiscal year. Should this become impossible, all outstanding overtime shall be compensated by monetary payment at the end of the fiscal year.
(ii) Notwithstanding (b)(i) above, an employee who has opted for compensatory time off (CTO) for overtime worked in one calendar year may, by mutual agreement, schedule the CTO to be taken by April 30, of the following calendar year, and the employee may not subsequently opt for monetary payout for the overtime.

Method of Compensation. The method of Compensation shall be in restricted stock of the company.
Method of Compensation. (a) Overtime compensation shall be monetary or in time off at the employee's option. If compensatory time off cannot be scheduled within twelve (12) months of the date of election, cash payment shall be made.
(b) The employee shall advise, in writing, the respective pay office of his/her election to have either all cash or all compensatory time off by March 15th and September 15th for the following six (6) month calendar period in each case.
(c) The Employer agrees that the scheduling of compensatory time off shall not be unreasonably withheld.
