Consideration and Terms of Payment. Consideration for all services performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid as follows: • Payments of project will be billed by segments on Exhibit A as follows: • 30 percent of the signing of agreement, 30 Percent on the start of project, 30 percent on completion, and 10 percent on acceptance. Payment terms are net fifteen days.
