Common use of Consideration Given to Executive Clause in Contracts

Consideration Given to Executive. In exchange for agreeing to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Executive with employment as Executive Vice President – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, which itself is adequate consideration for Executive’s agreement to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

Consideration Given to Executive. In exchange for agreeing to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Executive with employment as Executive Senior Vice President – General Counsel and President, Corporate SecretaryController & Principal Accounting Officer, which itself is adequate consideration for Executive’s agreement to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.
