Common use of Consideration Given to Executive Clause in Contracts

Consideration Given to Executive. In exchange for agreeing to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Executive with employment as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, which itself is adequate consideration for Executive’s agreement to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

Consideration Given to Executive. In exchange for agreeing to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Executive with employment as Executive Senior Vice President President-Investments and Chief Financial OfficerCapital Markets, which itself is adequate consideration for Executive’s agreement to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

In exchange for agreeing to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Executive with employment as Executive Vice President – General Counsel and Chief Financial OfficerCorporate Secretary, which itself is adequate consideration for Executive’s agreement to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

In exchange for agreeing to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Executive with employment as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerSenior Legal Advisor, which itself is adequate consideration for Executive’s agreement to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

In exchange for agreeing to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions stated in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx Mac will provide the Executive with employment as Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial President, Corporate Controller & Principal Accounting Officer, which itself is adequate consideration for Executive’s agreement to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.
