Employee represents that: (a) Employee has had sufficient time to consider Employee’s options regarding this Agreement; (b) Employee has been provided with accurate and complete information regarding the benefits that are available to Employee under the terms of this Agreement; (c) Employee has not been subjected to any threats, intimidation, or coercion by the Company in connection with this Agreement; and (d) the terms of this Agreement have been written in a manner that Employee understands.
