Common use of CONSIDERATION OF ORDERS Clause in Contracts

CONSIDERATION OF ORDERS. (1) The Company may reject orders not submitted in accordance with subparagraph 2(b)(1) above. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to fill each order of the Dealer that is accepted by the Company. During any period of shortage of any VEHICLE, the Company shall be entitled to give priority to accepted orders for such VEHICLES for resale to users residing within the DEALER'S LOCALITY of the ordering dealer.
