Consideration Period For ADEA Waiver. Executive hereby acknowledges that Executive has been given a period of at least twenty-one (21) days (or, to the extent required by applicable law, forty-five (45) days) to consider the terms of this Release, that Executive is advised to consult with an attorney prior to executing this Release, and that Executive has received good and valuable consideration, to which Executive is otherwise not entitled, in exchange for Executive's execution of this Release. Executive and Company acknowledge and agree that any revisions made to this Release after it was initially delivered to Executive were either not material or were requested by Executive, and expressly agree that such changes do not re-start the consideration period described in the preceding sentence.
