Consideration to Executive. In consideration of the Combined Company’s entering into this Agreement and the Combined Company’s obligations hereunder and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is xxxxxx acknowledged, and acknowledging hereby that the Combined Company would not have entered into this Agreement without the covenants contained in this Article V, Executive hereby agrees to be bound by the provisions and covenants contained in this Article V.
