Common use of Consignment Clause in Contracts

Consignment. The Artist hereby consigns to The Gallery, and The Gallery accepts on consignment, those Artworks listed on the attached Inventory Sheet which is a part of this Agreement. Additional Inventory Sheets may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory Sheets shall be signed by Artist and Gallery.

Consignment. The Artist hereby consigns to The Gallery, the Gallery and The the Gallery accepts on consignment, those Artworks listed set forth on the attached Inventory Sheet Sheet, which is a part of this Agreement. Additional Inventory Sheets may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory Sheets shall be signed by Artist (or group show rep.) and Gallery.

Consignment. The Artist hereby consigns to The the Gallery, and The the Gallery accepts on consignment, those Artworks listed on the attached Inventory Sheet which is a part of this Agreement. Additional Inventory Sheets may be incorporated into this Agreement the agreement at such time as both parties agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory Sheets shall inventory sheets will be signed by Artist and Gallery.

Additional Inventory Consignment Sheets may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory consignment Sheets shall be signed by Artist and Gallery. The Gallery will work out a system with sales persons so that consignment sales will be recognized by staff responsible for artist payments. 3.

Consignment. The Artist hereby consigns shall consign to The Gallery, and The Gallery accepts on consignmentshall accept consignment of, those Artworks listed on Works of Art described in the attached document (herein “Inventory Sheet Sheet”), which is a part of this Agreement, for the full term of this Agreement. Additional Inventory Sheets If agreed to by both parties, modifications and additions may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties made to Inventory Sheet. Artist and Gallery specifically agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory Sheets that Artist shall be signed by Artist free to exhibit and Gallerysell any Work of Art not assigned to Gallery or otherwise included under this paragraph.

Additional Inventory Sheets Sheets/Inventory Tags may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory Sheets Sheets/Inventory Tags shall be signed by Artist and Gallery.

Consignment. The Artist hereby consigns to The the Gallery, and The the Gallery accepts on consignment, those Artworks works of art listed on the attached Inventory Sheet inventory sheet which is made a part of this Agreementagreement. Additional Inventory Sheets inventory sheets may be incorporated into this Agreement agreement at such the time as both parties agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory Sheets inventory sheets shall be signed by Artist and Gallery.

The Artist ARTIST hereby consigns to The Gallerythe GALLERY, and The Gallery the GALLERY accepts on consignment, those Artworks listed on the attached Inventory Sheet which is a part of this Agreement. Additional Inventory Sheets may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the consignment of other works of art. All Inventory Sheets shall be signed by Artist ARTIST and GalleryGALLERY.

All Inventory Sheets shall be signed by Artist and GalleryARTPLU.
