Common use of Consistency of AOL Services Clause in Contracts

Consistency of AOL Services. The parties acknowledge and agree --------------------------- that it is necessary for Service Provider to maintain uniform standards governing all material facets of AOL Services in order to provide subscribers worldwide with high quality, cost effective and consistent levels of service, and to protect the reputation and goodwill associated with the AOL Services in the Interactive Services market. Accordingly, Service Provider shall provide Recipient with the services described herein in a manner consistent with such objectives.
