Uses, developments and activities regulated by this SMP may also be subject to provisions of the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPAšŸ•ˆā€”Chapter 43.21C RCW and Chapter 197- 11 WAC), the Long Beach city code (including but not limited to critical areas, zoning, unified development, building, and enforcement regulations), and other provisions of local, state and federal laws, including but not limited to the federal Coastal Zone Management Act, as may be amended. Project proponents must comply with all applicable laws prior to commencing any use, development, or activity.
