Consistent with. Article 10.1.7 the work year shall consist of 200 working days, which shall be assigned throughout the college academic year depending on program requirements.
Consistent with. Article 3.5 below, Buyer shall have the right to enter Seller's property and facilities at any time with notice (except in emergency) to Seller to Maintain Buyer's facilities, systems, equipment and property as necessary. However, Buyer will not have the right to access, operate, modify or otherwise disturb facilities, systems or equipment owned by the Seller unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Consistent with. Section 1.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, each Party shall provide Resale under the following terms and conditions in this Attachment Resale.
Consistent with. Section 4.7, Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing of the manner and means in which it will remove any and all Hazardous Substances used in the Premises during its occupancy. Tenant shall also certify in writing upon delivery of Premises to Landlord on the date of the Lease expiration that all Hazardous Substances were removed in accordance with all governmental and regulatory laws.
Consistent with. Article 37.1, whenever a Detective or Criminalist is permanently or temporarily assigned as a supervisory sergeant or as a Detective or Criminalist supervising detectives or Criminalists in the Detectives Division or Forensic Evidence Division, the Detective or Criminalist shall be paid for all time so worked at the highest rate paid for Sergeant, Detective, or Criminalists, plus three (3) percent.
Consistent with its obligation to provide reasonable provisions for the health, welfare, and safety of Nurses, the Employer shall:
36.10.1 Maintain a process for providing security escorts (such as individual escorts or shuttle services) for Nurses to and from parking locations at the main medical center campus;
36.10.2 Review annually the safety conditions of parking locations controlled by the Employer, including the presence of video cameras and security guards; and
36.10.3 Discuss with the WVC safety concerns related to parking locations at which Nurses regularly park but which are not controlled by the Employer (“Non-Controlled Parking Locations”). In addition, the Employer agrees to raise and propose a resolution of concern(s) identified by the WVC related to Non-Controlled Parking Locations with the entity that controls those locations.
Consistent with. Swedish Xxxxxxx’x policy on disabled employees, if a new bargaining unit position can be created to accommodate an incumbent nurse’s permanent disability, the Union agrees to waive seniority rights for that position. The position will not be posted, and the position will be offered to the disabled nurse.
Consistent with. Article 5, the Employer may establish reasonable rules and regulations which shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Consistent with its commercialization role, BioMarin shall be responsible for and will decide, in its sole discretion, about all aspects of the filing, prosecution, defense and maintenance of trademarks related to the Product in BioMarin’s Field of Use, including all costs and strategy decisions concerning such trademarks BioMarin shall provide Epro copies of official actions and other communications from the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any foreign equivalent, received by BioMarin or its counsel with respect to trademarks and trademark applications related to the Product in BioMarin’s Field of Use.
