Consistent with Section 1 hereof, the Trust shall use its best efforts to qualify and maintain the qualification of the Shares for sale under the securities laws of such jurisdictions as the Placement Agent and the Trust may approve. Any such qualification may be withheld, terminated or withdrawn by the Trust at any time in its discretion. The expense of qualification and maintenance of qualification shall be borne by the Trust. The Placement Agent shall furnish such information and other material relating to its affairs and activities as may be required by the Trust in connection with such qualification.
Consistent with Section 6 of the Oregon Surcharge Act, PacifiCorp shall request, and each non-Federal Party shall support the request, that the Oregon PUC allow recovery of other costs incurred by PacifiCorp.
Consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, each Party retains the right to regulate and to introduce new regulations to meet legitimate policy objectives.
Consistent with Section 2.1 of this Settlement, each non-Federal Party shall support the California Klamath Surcharge and the Oregon Klamath Surcharges in the proceedings conducted by the California PUC and the Oregon PUC, respectively, to the extent the proposed Surcharges are consistent with this Settlement.
Consistent with the provisions of this Title, the Parties and the Signatory CARIFORUM States retain the right to regulate and to introduce new regulations to meet legitimate policy objectives.

Consistent with Section 1.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, each Party shall provide Resale under the following terms and conditions in this Attachment Resale.
Consistent with Section 6-407 (c) (4) of the Education Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the obligation to pay a representation fee will not apply to an employee whose religious beliefs are opposed to joining or financially supporting any collective bargaining organization. In order to be eligible under this paragraph for an exemption from the obligation to pay a representation fee for any contract year, an employee must:
a. Submit to MCEA and MCPS prior to October 1 of each contract year, or within 30 days after being hired into a unit position, whichever is later, a written statement setting forth the basis of his or her religious belief;
b. During said contract year pay an amount equal to the representation fee to a nonreligious, nonunion charity or to such other charitable organization as may be agreed upon by said employee and MCEA; and
c. Prior to the end of said contract year furnish to MCEA and MCPS written proof of such payment.
Consistent with other provisions of this Agreement, full-time academic employees shall be eligible to advance one (1) additional level between Level 1 to Level 8 on the current salary schedule upon the completion of an additional Master’s degree, a PhD degree and/or other professional degree, such as a law degree and EdD. Such advancement shall take place the fall quarter following the awarding of such a degree and contingent upon legislative funding and/or authorization.
Consistent with Section 3.1, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.
