Seniority Definition. Seniority shall be defined as continuous service from date of original appointment to a full-time bargaining unit classification regardless of teaching assignment. All leaves of absence will be used in computing the length of service.
Seniority Definition. Seniority shall be defined as the length of the employee's continuous service with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office commencing with the last date of hire. The application of seniority shall be limited to the preferences specifically recited in this Agreement. Seniority Definition. For the purposes of administering the seniority provisions contained in this Agreement including layoff and recall, job openings and eligibility for benefits, seniority shall be by individual bargaining units. The bargaining units are those described in Section 1.0 of this Agreement.
