All of the Reinsured Contracts and the Related Agreements are consistent with the books and records of Ceding Company which are transferred to Reinsurer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Any amendments, riders, or other modifications to the Reinsured Contracts shall be reflected in the books and records transferred to Reinsurer.
