Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 4.50:1.00.
Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

Consolidated Debt Service Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Debt Service Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 1.25:1.00.
Consolidated EBITDA With respect to any period, an amount equal to the EBITDA of REIT and its Subsidiaries for such period determined on a Consolidated basis.
Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio The Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio will not exceed 4.0 to 1.0 at the end of any fiscal quarter.
