Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio definition

Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Net Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio means, for any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Indebtedness as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

In the event that the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries incurs or redeems any Indebtedness subsequent to the commencement of the period for which the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio is being calculated but prior to the event for which the calculation of the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio is made, then the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio shall be calculated giving pro forma effect to such incurrence or redemption of Indebtedness as if the same had occurred at the beginning of the applicable four fiscal quarter period. The Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio shall be calculated in a manner consistent with the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, including any pro forma adjustments to Indebtedness, cash and Cash Equivalents and Consolidated EBITDA as set forth therein (including for acquisitions).
Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio means, on any Transaction Date, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date minus cash and Temporary Cash Investments of the Issuers and the Restricted Subsidiaries to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the then applicable Four Quarter Period.
