The Credit Parties will not permit the Consolidated Fixed Charges Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter ending during the periods set forth below to be less than the ratio set opposite such period below: Period Ratio From the Effective Date through September 30, 2004 1.15 to 1.00 From October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 1.20 to 1.00 From October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 1.25 to 1.00 From October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 1.30 to 1.00 From October 1, 2007 and at all times thereafter 1.40 to 1.00
