Common use of Consolidated Fixed Charges Ratio Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Fixed Charges Ratio. The Company will not permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.50 to 1.00 as at the end of any fiscal quarter of the Company.
