Consolidated Senior Secured Debt to Consolidated EBITDA Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Debt to Consolidated EBITDA Ratio for any Test Period ending during any period set forth below to be greater than the ratio set forth below opposite such period: October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009 7.25 to 1.00 October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010 7.00 to 1.00 October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011 6.75 to 1.00 October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012 6.50 to 1.00 October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013 6.25 to 1.00 Thereafter 6.00 to 1.00 Any provision of this Agreement that contains a requirement for the Borrower to be in compliance with the covenant contained in this Section 10.10 prior to the time that this covenant is otherwise applicable shall be deemed to require that the Consolidated Total Debt to Consolidated EBITDA Ratio for the applicable Test Period not be greater than 8.75 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio As of any fiscal quarter end, permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio to be greater than 1.25 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 4.50:1.00.

  • Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio as of the end of any Measurement Period ending as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 1.25 to 1.00.

  • Total Debt The total Debt of all Consolidated Subsidiaries of the Borrower, excluding the Debt, if any, owed by such Consolidated Subsidiaries to the Borrower or another Consolidated Subsidiary of the Borrower, will at no time exceed an amount equal to $500,000,000 (or the Exchange Equivalent thereof).

  • Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio To maintain on a consolidated basis a ratio of Funded Debt to EBITDA not exceeding 2.0:1.0.

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio The Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio will not exceed 4.0 to 1.0 at the end of any fiscal quarter.

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00, determined based on information for the most recent fiscal quarter annualized.
