Common use of Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. Commencing with the Measurement Period ending September 30, 2018, permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio as of the end of any Measurement Period to be greater than 3.50 to 1.00.

Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio. Commencing with the Measurement Period ending September 30on the last day of the fiscal quarter in which a Notes Offering Election is made, 2018and as of the end of any Measurement Period thereafter, permit the Consolidated Senior Secured Leverage Ratio as of the end of any Measurement Period to be greater than 3.50 3.75 to 1.00.
