Consolidated Year-End Financial Reports (CYEFR). All grantees must complete and submit a CYEFR through the Grantee Portal, except those exempted by federal or State statute or regulation, as set forth in PART TWO or PART THREE. The CYEFR is a required schedule in Grantee’s audit report if Grantee is required to complete and submit an audit report as set forth herein.
