Common use of Consolidating Master Deed Clause in Contracts

Consolidating Master Deed. A Consolidating Master Deed must be recorded pursuant to the Act when the Project is finally concluded as determined by the Developer in order to incorporate into one set of instruments all successive stages of development. The Consolidating Master Deed, when recorded, shall supersede the previously recorded Master Deed and all amendments thereto.

Consolidating Master Deed. A Consolidating Master Deed must (subject, however, to Article III, Section 9 of this Master Deed) shall be recorded pursuant to the Act when the Project is finally concluded as determined by the Developer in order to incorporate into one set of instruments all successive stages of development.
