Consolidation of ACE. 6 In FY 2018, 37% of the permits expected to be enrolled in the SHS1 for FYs 2019 and 7 2020 are attached to vessels actively fishing for NE multispecies. For FYs 2019 and 8 2020, the SHS1 has XX permits currently enrolled.
