Consolidation/Transfer of Work. The Company shall have the right to consolidate or transfer bargaining unit work outside the jurisdiction of this Agreement. The Company will advise the Union at least two (2) weeks in advance of its intention to consolidate or transfer work prior to implementing such changes. If the consolidation or transfer of work results in the layoff or reassignment of employees, impacted employees will be entitled to all rights outlined in the Force Adjustment Article of this Agreement.
