Common use of Consortium Operation Clause in Contracts

Consortium Operation. A. CONSORTIUM will be a fully integrated UNIVERSITY program administered by UNIVERSITY through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and operated with the support of the UNIVERSITY and Members of the CONSORTIUM (“MEMBERS”). B. CONSORTIUM will be operated in accordance with the CONSORTIUM Bylaws, which are incorporated herein by reference. If any provisions stated in this Agreement are in conflict with the Bylaws, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail.

If any provisions stated reference and which may be amended in this Agreement are in conflict accordance with the provisions set forth in the Bylaws, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail.

B. CONSORTIUM will be operated in accordance with the CONSORTIUM Charter and Bylaws, which are incorporated herein by reference. If any provisions stated reference and which may be amended in this Agreement are in conflict accordance with the Bylaws, provisions agreed upon by the terms and conditions members of this Agreement shall prevailthe Consortium.
