Annual Renewal. All LLS grants are subject to an annual renewal; continued funding of this Grant is contingent upon the availability of funds and research progress. Where funding is not available for a renewal and LLS does not elect to renew this Agreement, the Grantee will be given 60 days’ notice in writing that the Grant will not continue. LLS does not send out continuation notices if the Grant has been renewed.
Annual Renewal. 7.4.1. Every year (or at the end of your plan date (Blue Badge Expiry Date), you may be requested to provide up-to-date evidence that any vehicle registered to your Account which is registered for the Scheme Vehicle Plan is still eligible for the Disabled User and Emergency Service Scheme Vehicle Plan. If such evidence is required you will be asked to provide it not later than 30 days prior to the anniversary of the DUES Start Date or the Blue Badge Expiry Date.
7.4.2. If you fail to provide up-to-date evidence the vehicle will no longer be registered for the Disabled User and Emergency Service Scheme Vehicle Plan and Tolls will be charged for Crossings made by that vehicle at the rates and according to the terms and conditions which apply to vehicles registered for the Sticker Vehicle Plan.
Annual Renewal. 5.4.1. Every year:
5.4.1.1. an Annual Registration Fee of £10.00 will be payable for each vehicle registered to your Account which is registered for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan; and
5.4.1.2. you may be requested to provide up to date evidence that any vehicle registered to your Account which is registered for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan is still eligible for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan. If such evidence is required you will be asked to provide it not later than 30 days prior to the anniversary of the LUDS Start Date.
5.4.2. The Annual Registration Fee of £10.00 will be deducted from your Account Balance on the anniversary of the LUDS Start Date.
5.4.3. If you fail to provide up-to-date evidence or pay the Annual Registration Fee, the vehicle will no longer be registered for the Local User Discount Scheme Vehicle Plan and Tolls will be charged for Crossings made by that vehicle at the rates and according to the terms and conditions which apply to vehicles registered for the Sticker Vehicle Plan.
Annual Renewal. You agree that Processor will charge and is entitled to collect from You a nonrefundable annual renewal fee each year in the month set forth in the Application, or in such other month as designated in the Rates & Fees, in the amount set forth in the Rates & Fees.
Annual Renewal. Your Membership must be renewed annually by paying the applicable renewal fee. If you fail to renew, whether intentionally or not, you may forfeit your Position and other benefits associated with your membership. As a convenience, if you purchase Isagenix Products or attend an Isagenix event within 90 days before your renewal date, you agree that Isagenix is entitled to renew your account automatically approximately 30 days prior to your renewal date by charging your current method of payment on file. Annual Renewal. This agreement may be reopened by either party to negotiate the impacts of legislative changes that affect any portion of this agreement. Negotiations shall begin as soon as possible after the legislative session has adjourned for the year.
Annual Renewal. All leases, regardless of lease type, shall terminate December 31st. A new Parking Agreement shall be required for continued use during the subsequent calendar year.
Annual Renewal. I understand it is the responsibility of the church/organization to renew annually with MOPS International. Annual renewal fees include one Group Experience Kit (digital and mailed options available) and cover all groups charted under the church/organization. Ministry Agreements dated December 1 – March 31 will be auto-renewed by MOPS International and will not be charged for their first renewal.
