Constitution of bidders. (a) Bidders shall, in the tender, indicate whether they are Registered Sole Proprietary Concern or Registered Partnership Firm or a Private Limited Company, or a Public Limited Company and indicate the names of all the partners or Directors of the Company, as applicable in the bid document. The bidder shall also nominate and authorise a person for the active management and control of the work relating to the contract and to continuously liaise with FCI during the tenure of the Contract. The person so nominated shall be deemed to have full authority from the Bidder in respect of the Contract and his acts shall be binding on the Bidder.
