Common use of Construction and Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Construction and Conflicts. The provisions of this Agreement shall be in addition to those of the Note, the Loan Documents and any guaranty, pledge or security agreement, note or other evidence of liability held by Lender, all of which shall be construed as complementary to each other. Nothing herein contained shall prevent Lender from enforcing the Note, the Loan Documents and any and all other notes, guaranty, pledge or security agreements in accordance with their respective terms. To the extent of any conflict or contradiction between the terms hereof and the terms of the Note, the Loan Documents or any other document executed in connection herewith, the terms hereof shall control.
