Construction and Development of Project. 12.3.1 On or after the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall undertake development of the Project on the Project Site as specified in Schedule B, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule C (the “Mandatory Development Obligations”). The Concessionaire shall undertake the Mandatory Development Obligations, where the Development Works shall commence from the Appointed Date and shall be completed in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule as set forth in Schedule G.
