CONSTRUCTION BY OWNER OR OTHER CONTRACTORS. 3.3.1 The Owner reserves the right to award separate contracts in connection with other parts of the Project to other contractors and to perform work with its Personnel. Such work by other contractors or Owner’s Personnel may include utility relocation and surveying, testing, sampling and quality assurance estimates prior to, and possibly during, the Work. 3.3.2 Subject to and without limitation to 4.2 – HEALTH AND SAFETY, when separate contracts are awarded for other parts of the Project, or when work is performed by the Owner’s Personnel, the Contractor shall: .1 co-ordinate, schedule and sequence the activities and work of other contractors and Owner's Personnel on the Project with the Work; and
