Execution of the Work. The CONTRACTOR shall prosecute the Work continuously in such a manner and in such order of precedence as may be directed by the OWNER, working overtime, if necessary, to meet the specified dates.
Execution of the Work. 2.4.1 The Artist will fabricate and transport the Work to the Site in accordance with the schedule proposed by the Artist in the approved Design Proposal. Such schedule may be amended only by written agreement between Texas Tech and the Artist.
2.4.2 Texas Tech will have the right to review the Work at reasonable times during the fabrication.
2.4.3 The Artist shall submit formal written Progress Reports each month to Texas Tech. The reports must include written and photographic documentation of the Work’s progress.
2.4.4 The Artist shall complete the fabrication of the Work in substantial conformity with the Design Proposal.
2.4.5 The Artist shall present to Texas Tech in writing for further review and approval any significant changes in the appearance, scope, design, color, size, material, location, or texture of the Work not in substantial conformity with, or not permitted by, the Design Proposal. A significant change is any change that affects the appearance, installation, scheduling, Site preparation, Site, budget, or maintenance of the Work as represented by the Artist in the Artist’s Design Proposal.
Execution of the Work. The Contractor is to carry out the work without delay when instructed to do so by the Office of the Municipal Manager, or his representative, and which instruction shall be confirmed in writing. It is a condition of this contract that the telephone number, which appears on the Quotation Form, will at all times provide a means of relaying messages and instructions to the Contractor. Execution of the Work. The work shall be executed in a xxxxxxx-like manner and to the satisfaction in all respects of the Engineer-in-charge. The Engineer-in-charge will communicate or confirm his instructions to the Contractor in respect of the execution of the Work in a “Work Site Order Book” maintained at his office and the Contractor shall visit this office daily and shall confirm receipt of such instructions by signing the relevant entries in this book. Such entries will rank as order or notices in writing within the intent and meaning of these conditions.
Execution of the Work. 5.1 The Contractor shall carry out the work in complete autonomy. The Contractor may at any time ask the Principal for additional information in order thus to be able to carry out the work as required. The Contractor may, with the consent of the Principal, call in a specialist Sub-contractor. The Contractor’s personnel who carry out the contractually agreed work shall do this under the management, authority and responsibility of the Contractor. The latter personnel are not bound in any way whatsoever to the Principal. The directions, which are given by the Principal, cannot under any circumstances at all be interpreted as an indication, which would indicate any relationship of authority.
5.2 The Contractor is regarded as having examined all of the information, records and drawings, which have been made available to him within the framework of the present agreement by or on behalf of the Principal. The Contractor is regarded as having visited the Site and having agreed with the circumstances in which the Contractor will have to execute the agreement.
5.3 The Contractor will comply fully with the regulations concerning safety, security, health and traffic regulation within the Principal’s company. Before the contract commences, the applicable conditions will be made known and handed to the Contractor. The Principal reserves the right to alter those conditions. The new conditions are applicable from the time of their notification to the Contractor.
5.4 The Principal has the right to monitor the work during its execution. The Contractor shall take all necessary steps to make such an inspection possible. This does not detract from the autonomy under which the Contractor performs the work.
5.5 If the Agreement, laws, ordinances, proscriptions and/or regulations impose a government test and/or examination of the work, the Contractor must carry out the said test and/or examination at once or have it carried out.
5.6 The Contractor undertakes for the execution of the work to provide his personnel on site with the necessary safety helmet, safety spectacles, safety shoes and overall.
5.7 The Contractor undertakes to fulfil all obligations which are associated with the provision of services by his own personnel or by Sub-contractors on Belgian territory and guarantees that his employees or agents or his Sub-contractors and the employees or agents of those Sub-contractors will fulfil the obligations resting on them in this connection. Execution of the Work. 3.1 The work (the Works) to be undertaken by the Company is as described in the Job Card.
3.2 The final execution of the Works is subject to the written approval of the customer, which approval constitutes the customer’s final acceptance of the Works “as is” and who, with effect from that approval, is solely is responsible for any errors in the Works.
3.3 The customer: (a) Undertakes to furnish the Company in the format specified on the Job Card (normally MS Word or Excel format): (i) all material described in the Job Card which may include email address lists; and (ii) any other material reasonably required of the customer in order to enable the Company to execute the Works.
(b) Authorises the Company to append the tag line: (i) “webdesign by Pinkfrog”, hyperlinked to the Company’s web site, on each page of any website produced by the Company in the execution of the Works; and (ii) append its logo and/or an email disclaimer on all emails sent for the Customer in the execution of the Works.
(c) Acknowledges that: (i) Insofar the Company publishes anything or procures the publication of anything in the execution of the Works, it does so with the authority of the customer and as its agent; and (ii) by supplying the Company with email addresses, it authorises the Company to use those email addresses as its agent for the purposes of executing the Works, which authority includes the Company authorising third party electronic mail services providers to also use those addresses for this purpose.
(iii) Such email service providers will require the customer to abide by their terms and conditions of use, which the customer agrees to do.
(d) Warrants that: (i) none of the material referred to in clause 2.3 breaches any rights of copyright that may repose in such material, or any other intellectual property rights of any person; and (ii) any email addresses that it supplies to the Company are accurate, have been lawfully obtained, and may be lawfully used by the Company in the execution of the Works.
3.4 The Company warrants that it shall not use nor authorise any other person to use email addresses supplied by the customer, or any other material supplied by the customer, otherwise than in the execution of the Works, or with the customer’s written consent.

Execution of the Work. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, services, tools, equipment, and fixtures necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the Work described in the Agreement. All Work shall be done in accordance with, all laws, ordinances, building codes, rules and regulations applying to the Work, including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act, environmental regulations and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended. Contractor shall have control over, and be solely responsible for, all means, methods and sequences for performing the Work.
Execution of the Work. 6.1 Logisticon is entitled to execute its work as it deems fit, un- less it is agreed that the execution of specific work is su- pervised by or on behalf of the Client or if ensuing other- wise from the Agreement.
6.2 The Client is required at his own risk and expense to obtain all permits, exemptions, approvals and/or allocations re- quired for the work in a timely manner, and to render all cooperation deemed necessary by Logisticon, including the provision of personnel, storage space, parking facilities and adequate access roads.
6.3 The execution of the work only commences after the Agreement is formed by means of an order confirmation signed by or on behalf of Logisticon in accordance with Ar- ticle 2 of these General Conditions, and only in so far as Logisticon has all documents, permits, exemptions, ap- provals and/or allocations required for the execution of the work at its disposal, as well as only in so far as Logisticon has received the stipulated prepayment.
6.4 In the case of surveys and advice, written recommenda- tions and a survey report are drafted in duplicate. Analysis outcomes consist of a drawn profile as well as a description of the findings. The results of laboratory research are pre- sented in the form of numbers, incorporated in tables and/or charts. All possible content measurements for rele- vant substances must be specified separately.
Execution of the Work. 5.1 The tenant shall be responsible for execution of the work of internal partitioning of the work areas including in connection with regulations and laws of work safety and hygiene.
5.2 The company has invested considerable thought and resources in the planning and execution of the building. In order to preserve the building and reduce possible points of failure, the tenant is obligated to exercise the work in general and the air conditioning, plumbing, and sprinklers systems by means of experienced contractors who have been approved in advance and in writing by the company. However, it should be emphasized that sole responsibility in connection with execution of the work lies with the tenant.
5.3 Regarding execution of the work, the tenant’s contractors shall observe the safety instructions of the company’s site manager, who shall be entitled to evict from the site contractors that do not observe the safety instructions.
