Common use of Construction by Seller Clause in Contracts

Construction by Seller. The Seller shall construct, complete and finish the Said Flat And Appurtenances in accordance with the Sanctioned Plan or as may be recommended by the Architect, as per the Specifications described in the 5th Schedule below.
