Capitalized terms defined in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. The terms “includes” and “including” mean “includes, without limitation,” and “including, without limitation,” respectively. Titles, headings and other captions are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
