  • WORK CONDITIONS The Contractor agrees to accept sole responsibility to comply with all federal, provincial and municipal legislation which may have application to the Work and agrees to comply with all provincial and federal legislation affecting conditions of work and wage rates including the Employment Standards Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-6.2, the Workers Compensation Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. W-7.1, or any other laws that impose obligations in the nature of employers’ obligations.   • Waiver of Conditions Precedent The conditions specified in this clause 9 are inserted solely for the benefit of the Bank and may be waived by the Bank in whole or in part and with or without conditions.

  • General Conditions Costs Contractor is entitled to receive payment for the actual cost of the allowable General Conditions items incurred after receipt of a Notice to Proceed with Construction from Owner through Substantial Completion of the Project, plus 30 calendar days. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for General Conditions Costs incurred before receipt of the Notice to Proceed. General Conditions Costs incurred after Substantial Completion, plus 30 calendar days, must be approved in advance by Owner. Allowable General Conditions items are identified below and in Exhibit “D” attached to this Agreement. These items shall be included in the General Conditions Cost amount shown as a line item in the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal and as detailed on the Schedule of Values. Items not specifically included below or in Exhibit “D” will not be allowed as General Condition Costs.

  • Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble. Customer agrees to be bound to current terms of LightEdge Acceptable Use Policy. Terms of the Acceptable Use Policy are subject to change without notice. Current Acceptable Use Policy can be found here: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal Customer agrees that any service complaints including concerns regarding level of support, products, service reliability, or any other concerns related to LightEdge or Services being provided by LIghtEdge will be communicated to LightEdge by sending an email to xx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • General Conditions (i) Each party will make each payment or delivery specified in each Confirmation to be made by it, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement.

  • Site Conditions A. Existing Site Conditions: Information with respect to the site of the Work given in drawings or specifications has been obtained by County's representatives and is believed to be reasonably correct, but the County does not warrant either the completeness or accuracy of such information, and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify all such information.
