Trees. 1.1. The Tenant shall not without the written consent of the Council cut or prune any trees, apart from carrying out the recognised pruning practices of fruit trees.
1.2. The Tenant shall not plant any trees other than dwarf fruiting trees and or fruiting bushes without the prior consent of the Council.
Trees. City will provide maintenance to all trees on Premises, including hazardous tree removal, broken limb removal and corrective pruning. No tree shall be planted or removed without prior approval from the Parks Division.
Trees. 1) Any major tree surgery or tree removal over a three (3) inch diameter, which becomes necessary through no fault of the Contractor, will be at the County's expense.
2) The Contractor shall maintain all trees to a minimum clearance of twelve (12) feet high from grade. Sucker growth and dead material shall be removed from all trees and shrubs within a radius of – twenty-five (25) feet.

4) The Contractor shall conduct an annual full tree service for all trees except Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Palm Trees. This will include lift all trees up to twelve (12) feet high, removal of all sucker growth, shaping and trimming trees less than twelve (12) feet tall. The Contractor shall complete this work between the months of January, February, and March. DEADLINE to complete this service is March 31st before storm season starts. The remaining nine (9) months out of the year the contractor shall maintain this height.

13.2. The Tenant shall not plant any trees other than dwarf fruiting trees and or fruiting bushes on the allotment without the prior consent of the Council. Dwarf fruiting trees may only be planted in removable pots.
13.3. Fruit trees and bushes should be managed so that they remain at an appropriate size for the plot, and on no account should trailing branches etc be allowed to obstruct paths or go onto other plots.
Trees. No site signs or lights are to be attached to trees unless approved by management.
Trees. Tenants must not, without consent of an authorised officer, cut or prune trees outside of their own allotment; plant any trees which will exceed a height of 2.0 metres; and/or allow self-seeded trees to grow on their allotment (especially any that are growing through a perimeter fence).
Trees. 1. All trees must be separated by a distance of 15 feet from the bases of adjacent trees. All trees remaining on the property after thinning will be pruned and limbed to maintain a minimum of 80% crown length (live green foliage) on the live tree.
a. The 80% crown described in Paragraph 1.A.2 shall be measured vertically from the top down the trunk toward the ground a distance that is equal to the height of the tree multiplied by 80%.
b. Any branches or limbs below the measurement in Paragraph 1.A.2.a. shall be removed.
2. All dead trees will be removed from the property.
