Common use of Construction Cost Limitation Clause in Contracts

Construction Cost Limitation. The Agreement Between the Board of Regents, The University of Texas System, Owner, and the Project Architect/Engineer, sets forth the Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the project. The Project Architect/Engineer is responsible for managing the design to stay within the CCL. (See the Agreement, Article 1.3.5).
