CONSTRUCTION CRAFT WORKER. The parties hereby agree to recognize and support the Construction Craft Worker Apprenticeship with the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. They also agree to participate on Local Apprenticeship Committees (LAC) to develop and implement pro- grams and plans of training for work covered by this Agreement. Such programs and plans of training shall be incorporated in their entirety into and form part of this Agreement. The Association shall be entitled to appoint a representative(s) on such committee(s).

CONSTRUCTION CRAFT WORKER. 42.01 EPSCA is interested in exploring this concept further, subject to the understanding that if the Construction Craft Worker is added to the collective agreement, it in no way alters the existing jurisdiction of the union or impacts the jurisdiction of other unions’ in the Electrical Power Sector.   • Construction Safety Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must provide a Certificate of Recognition or Letter of Good Standing issued by an occupational health and safety organization approved by the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.

  • Construction Work The regulation at 41 C.F.R. § 60-1.3 defines “construction work” as the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of buildings, highways, or other changes or improvements to real property, including facilities providing utility services. The term also includes the supervision, inspection, and other onsite functions incidental to the actual construction.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Construction Commencement The Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after the following additional conditions are satisfied:

  • Construction Contracts Item A: Enter the total dollar amount of all contacts awarded on the project/ program. Item B: Enter the total dollar amount of contracts connected with this project/program that were awarded to Section 3 businesses.
