Construction Fieldwork - Construction Completion. 7.3.1 When the Contractor believes that the Work has progressed to Substantial Completion, the Contractor will notify the Owner that the Work is ready for a Substantial Completion inspection. Upon receipt of such notification, the Owner shall coordinate with the Professional and the Contractor to schedule the inspection. 7.3.2 At the Substantial Completion inspection, the Professional shall 1. inspect the Work; 2. determine whether the Contractor has satisfactorily completed the items of Work claimed to be complete, and compile for the Owner a list of the incomplete items of Work;
