Construction Inspection by Developer. Developer shall be responsible for ensuring that its certified professional engineer provides construction inspection services as necessary to allow Developer’s engineer to provide, when improvements are submitted to the Town for acceptance, a stamped certification that the Public Improvements have been constructed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications approved by the Town.
