Construction Insurance Requirements. Contractor, at the its sole expense, shall obtain and maintain public liability and workmen’s compensation insurance adequate to protect Tenant and Landlord from and against any and all liability for death or injury to persons or damage to property caused in or about the Premises by reason of completion of the Improvements. For Tenant Work, if any, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole expense, either obtain and maintain public liability and workmen’s compensation insurance adequate to fully protect Landlord as well as Tenant’ from and against any and all liability for death or injury to persons or damage to property caused in or about the Premises by reason completion of any Tenant Work, or shall cause Tenant’s contractors or subcontractors to provide such insurance
