Common use of Construction Insurance Clause in Contracts

Construction Insurance. In the event that Xxxxxx makes any Alterations Tenant agrees to carry "Builder's All Risk" insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of such Alterations, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that all of such Alterations shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to Article 10 of this Lease immediately upon completion thereof.

Construction Insurance. In the event that Xxxxxx Tenant makes any Alterations ---------------------- Tenant agrees to carry "Builder's All Risk" insurance in an amount reasonably approved by Landlord covering the construction of such Alterations, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that all of such Alterations shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to Article 10 of this ---------- Lease immediately upon completion thereof.

In the event that Xxxxxx If Tenant makes any Alterations Alterations, Tenant agrees to carry "“Builder's ’s All Risk" ” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord in its reasonable discretion covering the construction of such Alterations, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that all of such Alterations shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to Article 10 of this Lease below immediately upon completion thereof.

In the event that Tenant shall make any permitted alterations, additions or changes to the Premises under the terms and provisions of this Article 10, Xxxxxx makes any Alterations Tenant agrees to carry "“Builder's ’s All Risk" ” insurance in an appropriate amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of such Alterationsalterations, additions or changes, and such other insurance as Landlord may reasonably require, it being understood and agreed that all of such Alterations alterations, additions or changes shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to Article 10 of this Lease immediately upon completion thereof.9.3
