Common use of Construction of Improvements by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Construction of Improvements by Contractor. The Tenant shall independently retain, in accordance with Section 4.1 above, Contractor to construct the Improvements in accordance with the Approved Working Drawings. The Tenant shall pay a supervision fee (the “Landlord Supervision Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to three percent (3%) of the Improvement Allowance.

Construction of Improvements by Contractor. The Tenant shall independently retain, in accordance with Section 4.1 above, Contractor to construct the Improvements in accordance with the Approved Working Drawings. The Tenant shall pay a supervision logistical coordination fee (the “Landlord Supervision Coordination Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to three two percent (32%) of the Improvement Allowance.total amount of the construction contract and general conditions between the Tenant and the Contractor.
